"A fire broke out backstage in a theater. The clown came out to warn the public; they thought it was a joke and applauded. He repeated it; the acclaim was even greater. I think that's just how the world will come to an end: to general applause from wits who believe it's a joke." — Søren Kierkegaard
My ancestors are from Germany. The first, C.F. Kroeger moved here to Nebraska around 135 years ago where he started a shoe store and a church (people asked a pastor to talk in his basement then). I went to a Lutheran school in the northern part of America, and I've lived in Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
Mmmm. . .this is a picture of my new Mizunos. Actually, they are "Wave Ascend 3" and the color is Red-Zinnia. I have a good friend. When we were in high-school we were both captains of two running teams here. Now, I can't get a job anywhere, and he has a PhD, and he teaches at Columbia University. His mother told me that he works in Africa on a project connected to problems related to damming the Nile River, and what would happen if you did that.
Oh, you study nutrition at Uni. Because I was just talking with Erin about Young Jin Moon, and he studied hotel management at Columbia. Mmmm. . .but I am not Japanese.
